This HYLA^® Mobile Analytics Portal Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the data processing practices of Hyla, Inc. (“HYLA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) carried out through the use of the HYLA^® Mobile Analytics Portal (the “HYLA Portal”).    We collect personal information from users who access the HYLA Portal. This information is necessary for HYLA to provide its HYLA Portal services. In some circumstances, objecting to Hyla’s use of personal information may prevent Hyla from providing its services to those users and from maintaining its relationship with them.

   Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by using the HYLA Portal and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge our processing of personal information in this way. However, we will endeavor to protect all personal information collected through this website in accordance with strict data protection standards.
